Norsk Kvit Sau

The Norsk Kvit Sau (Norwegian White Sheep) was not a breed that I had planned to study on my trip, but a B&B I stayed at had a flock and they were just too cute not to include them. They are a relatively new breed, having been developed through cross breeding several european breeds for specific traits. The flock that I saw was in a beautiful valley just south of Oslo that was filled with apple orchards.
