This resting ewe and her lamb are simply adorable. The tan woolly mother looks at you inquisitively while her creamy furred baby sleeps on her warm back.

All my creatures are handcrafted in my Asheville, NC studio using porcelain, castable stone and imported woven fur from Steiff-Schulte in Germany.

Breed Description

The Spanish Merino has been introduced to countries around the world through breeding. It was introduced in Poland in 1786, called Merynos Polski in the native tongue, and lives primarily in the west of the country.
