Breed Description
The Clun Forest takes its name from the ancient market town of Clun, in Shropshire near the Welsh border. It is a very hardy breed known for soft springy wool and quality milk often used for cheese. Interesting tidbit: the wool from the flock that I studied was sold exclusively to a Japanese futon maker.
